Barbell – This is a class for those who want to improve their technique and work on their Big lifts. Here you will work on your Bench Press, Bent over row, Squats, Deadlifts, Split squats not forgetting the clean n Jerk, Snatch and Power cleans for the more advanced. A slower tempo class with a high focus on technique however once you’ve worked deep into the focus exercise’s there will be a metabolic element to the session for the last 20mins involving a barbell.
